API to reveal luxury packaging trends at Luxe Pack Monaco
Brand market information specialist API Group is to reveal the top trends that are driving the luxury packaging segment at next month’s Luxe Pack Monaco event.

Providing a window to what can be expected in the next year, API will be revealing the results of its extensive industry survey to find out what brand owners want from packaging design and materials, and more.

Perhaps one of the most poignant statistics to come from the survey is the fact that 78% of brand owners “believe that packaging which aligns itself to the latest cultural, fashion and design trends has a positive impact on consumer buying behaviour”.

Four key trends to look out for

Building on the survey results, API has also tapped into its global network and specialist technical expertise to come up with four primary creative themes that are driving the luxury packaging segment right now.

Those four trends will be revealed during the event, when API will be launching tis 2019/20 Trends Folio, unveiling it for the first time on October 1st.

The latest Trends Folio will also highlight how key changes in packaging materials and technologies, including foils and holograms, are serving to empower brands with new opportunities.
